Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your parcel in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

📦 Return Policy

✅ Return Duration:

You may return the parcel within 7 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory:

To claim a return, an unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel is required.

The video must be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the sealed package, product, and the issue.

📦 Product Condition:

• The product must not be used.
• The product should be in its original packaging.
• All accessories must be included.

📋 Valid Return Reasons:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product is damaged or defective
• Incomplete order received

💵 Refund Policy

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash wallet.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

🔁 How to Return

1. Send us the following on WhatsApp or Email:
   • Your Order ID
   • Details of the issue
   • The unboxing video
2. Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

📌 Note:
No return claim will be processed without an unboxing video.
